Stech Technology UK Limited is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support to players across LATAM markets in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

You will be the first point of contact, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience across chat, email, and other channels. The role operates on a 2/2 shift pattern, supporting LATAM players from Argentina and beyond.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: previous experience in customer support in iGaming.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
• Experience with Intercom, LiveChat, Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist players with account-, payment-, and technical inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow established support procedures and service standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and report them to management.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and player retention.
