Key responsibilities include migrating Finance processes to Oracle GFS, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders. English communication is required to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial processes and systems.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to work with global teams.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or large-volume data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of Finance processes and data to Oracle GFS.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze and validate financial data, processes, and system requirements.
• Participate in data cleanup, testing, issue resolution, and process standardization activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance teams.
