Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst (GFS) in Buenos Aires to bridge Finance and IT during a regional migration across LATAM. You will analyze data, support data cleanup, and help standardize processes while coordinating with accounting, treasury, and tax teams.

Fluency in English is required to work with global partners. Experience with ERP migrations (Oracle or SAP) and analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python will be advantageous in this fast-paced

Formación

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial processes and systems.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to work with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the migration of Finance processes and data to Oracle GFS.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze and validate financial data, processes, and system requirements.
• Participate in data cleanup, testing, issue resolution, and process standardization activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance teams.
