Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Transformation Specialist to drive the regional migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across LATAM. You will bridge Accounting, Finance and IT to ensure data integrity, test migrations, and support process improvements across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

Hybrid work model with exposure to Finance leaders and regional stakeholders, and opportunities to impact multi-country implementations and reporting processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and audit support.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM.
• Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
