World Business Lenders, Llc in Argentina remote is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration projects for a major ERP migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, controls and risk management, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements include proven leadership in large-scale data migration, strong knowledge of data migration methodology, experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
