World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of critical data migration activities for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and implement controls to ensure data readiness in the target system.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in large-scale migrations, knowledge of data migration methodology, and proficiency in English for interviews and daily work in a UTC-complaint

Formación

• Lead experience in large-scale data migration programs.
• Expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
