Cummins Latin America is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a global data migration program. You will plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and manage risks to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration experience in enterprise programs, excellent English, and the ability to work in UTC time. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with collaboration across global stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
