TELUS Health is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the LATAM growth, aligning cross-functional teams to scale our regional expansion across Latin America.

You'll mentor the LATAM BD team, shape commercial strategies, and optimize lead generation with Marketing, while tailoring TELUS Health solutions to local markets and fostering executive relationships across global TELUS teams.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or finance with ≥4 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing commercial teams.
• Experience presenting to senior management in multinational companies.
• Experience driving B2B sales and regional expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LATAM BD team with mentoring and coaching to ensure performance and adoption of TELUS’ sales methodologies.
• Scale the team to meet LATAM growth objectives and onboard new members.
• Develop commercial strategies per market segments and leverage cross-selling with TELUS Health’s client portfolio.
• Oversee lead generation optimization with Marketing and coordinate cross-functional solutions for local markets.
