Job summary

Mars Global Services Division seeks an Associate Relations Country Lead for LATAM, based in Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires, to lead a remote AR team supporting a cross-segment, cross-functional client base.

You will drive continuous AR improvements, ensure lawful and fair practices, and collaborate with Legal, P&O and stakeholders to shape people strategies. This hybrid role operates from Argentina with regional scope.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, labor relations, law or related field.
• 8+ years in employee/labor relations.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Experience engaging with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of Associate Relations professionals across LATAM.
• Manage relationships with unions and works councils.
• Lead collective bargaining processes and labor relations initiatives.
• Resolve complex AR issues with sound judgement and fairness.
• Support organizational change initiatives and OD changes.
• Leverage AR analytics to inform people strategy.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel, P&O partners and clients.
