Indero is seeking an L3 Technical Support Engineer in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to provide technical assistance for enterprise MFT solutions. The role involves building workflows, updates, and supporting time-sensitive data transfers across B2B environments.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, client communication, logging issues, and documenting knowledge. Requires Linux/AIX, shell scripting, and strong English skills. Full-time position with a flexible schedule.

Formación

• BS degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Proficiency with Linux and AIX commands.
• Knowledge of environment variables and scripting.
• Shell scripting is required; Perl scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with rsync and SSH keys.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical-level assistance to vendors for MFT solutions.
• Build out new workflows and maintain/repair transfers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalating when needed.
• Log issues, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Document technical knowledge and maintain client relations.
