Vintti is seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter to join our fast-growing team in Buenos Aires. This role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent.

You’ll design recruitment strategies, develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and onboard new hires while leveraging AI recruiting tools to speed up the process. Strong English and energetic attitude are essential.

Position: Junior Recruiter

Location: Buenos Aires - Remote

Position Overview

On a typical day, you will …

• Have the opportunity to identify and attract top talent. This may include tasks such as sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• You may also have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Work closely with the Sales team to bring all searches to life and deliver top talent to our clients
• Leverage innovative AI technology to make our recruiting smarter and faster

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
