Innovid Buenos Aires is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for our technology teams in a fast-paced, international environment. You will partner with Hiring Managers, drive a high-quality candidate experience, and leverage modern sourcing tools and data-driven insights to build diverse, world-class teams.

• 4+ years in full-cycle tech recruiting in fast-paced international tech firms.
• Strong written and spoken English to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Experience navigating ATS systems; SmartRecruiters a big plus.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, thrives in ambiguity and change.
• Active networking to build long-term talent pipelines.
• Experience contributing to People-related strategic initiatives.

• Suggest improvements in hiring practices based on data.
• Keep ATS records clean and report talent metrics regularly.
• Leverage modern talent tech to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will take charge of all facets of the recruiting process and will have a genuine passion for building exceptional teams. The Impact You'll Make:

• Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
• Ensure we hire with high standards of quality, being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Handle multiple and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
• Drive a world-class candidate experience, making sure each touchpoint—from first outreach to final decision is transparent, engaging, and human.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
• Collaborate with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives related to AI, Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc.
• Proactively propose improvements in hiring practices
• Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant Talent metrics
• Utilize data to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement
• Leverage modern talent technologies, AI sourcing tools, and automation to streamline the hiring workflow, reduce friction, and elevate the candidate experience.

What You'll Bring to Us:

• 4+ years in Full-Cycle tech recruiting with a proven track record sourcing and hiring a diversity of roles within fast-paced international tech companies.
• High English proficiency (written and spoken) to comfortably collaborate with global stakeholders and candidates daily.
• Comfortable navigating ATS environments (SmartRecruiters experience is a massive bonus) and leveraging metrics to tell a story.
• High Ownership & Agility: You take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy the challenges of a super dynamic environment.
• Experience representing the company brand at job fairs, university events, and tech community meetups—actively networking to build long-term talent pipelines. - would be a plus
• Track record of collaborating beyond day-to-day sourcing on strategic projects within People - would be a plus
