Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative work and coordination across teams.

BMC Enablement Operations - Junior (Temporary Position)

In GDS Poland we are looking for a new team member to support our client in EY Spain. The Junior Operations Support Specialist acts as a point of contact for all operational queries and is part of the “back-office” team handling administrative tasks, providing support on various requests within Operation & Transformation, Sponsoring & Memberships, and Strategic projects in Spanish and in English.

The role is to support the Spanish Brand, Marketing & Communications, leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include vendor management and budget administration in close collaboration with Procurement, Risk management, and the Independence team.

Your key responsibilities

• Working with the BMC team and Procurement to develop a supplier strategy that delivers the best suppliers, processes, and efficiencies for BMC, adhering to EY policies and strategic direction.
• Maintain and manage third parties with our Global Business Relationships and Independence tool (BRIDGE)
• Independent management of the back office
• Preparation of reports, evaluations, and statistics
• Keeping lists and overviews
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders
• Administrative work

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in Spanish language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level
• You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
