Job summary

World-Business-Lenders,-Ll is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level IT support across the organization. You will assist with IT service delivery, incident management, and routine maintenance of IT infrastructure, telephony, network, and devices.

The role requires experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Okta, and ITSM concepts, and strong communication in Spanish and English. Collaboration with IT and external vendors is essential for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

Two+ years in Technical Support, Help Desk or similar IT support role.
Degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and operations.
Assist with installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
Own and track incidents and service requests through resolution per SLAs.
Maintain ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
Identify recurring issues and communicate findings for service improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
