Job summary

SAP is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Agentic AI initiatives within People & Organization Growth. You will bridge HR business processes with CPIT AI incubation, coordinating across engineers and HR stakeholders to align AI roadmaps and deliver on performance, goals, and workforce transformation use cases.

You will run discovery with HR stakeholders, translate needs into user stories and tests, and drive pilots with governance and privacy controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience (implied by role)
• 3+ years in product management or product ownership with AI/ML exposure
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules and HR data workflows
• Knowledge of governance, safety, and ethical guardrails for AI systems

Responsibilities

• Owns AI/Agentic AI initiatives within CPIT for People & Culture
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs and tests for engineering
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business, AI teams and SuccessFactors product teams
• Define and track KPIs and ensure governance, privacy and ethics compliance
