Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven HR and agentic AI initiatives for People & Culture.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance tests.
• Define KPIs and track ROI for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate across CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts.
