Job summary

• 10+ years of work experience.
• Expert knowledge & Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development modules (Succession).
• Experience with implementation & enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Career & Talent Development modules (Succession, Calibration, Opportunity Marketplace).
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficient English.
• Ability to consult with business on requirements, create solution proposals, and drive decisions.
• Value-driven business sense with adaptability to changing conditions.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members and work in an agile team.
• Experience in technical project or program management for large complex projects.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with SAP solutions and technology.
• Ability to communicate with Product and Engineering to drive enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT portfolio demand for Career and Talent Development.
• Provide expert IT solution consulting services to People & Culture teams.
• Refine requirements, design options, solution prototypes, and iterations.
• Project manage large, complex programs with milestones, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Handle technical configuration, testing, and release management for reliable delivery.
• Refine the product backlog with SuccessFactors Product and Engineering teams.
• Validate SAP SuccessFactors releases and present new features to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
• Improve support processes and user experience quality.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
