Job summary

Walkthrough.Ai is seeking a PRC Methodology Specialist within Information Security to strengthen the IT PRC Framework and align risk, controls, and policies with global GRC standards.

You will partner with the Global Methodology Program Lead to translate industry standards into actionable processes, drive adoption across IT risk management, policy, risk control, and compliance teams, and support continuous improvement of methodology programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT, information security, security compliance, IT risk management, or related disciplines.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with GRC principles and platforms (e.g., Archer) and control frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS).
• Ability to interpret regulatory, policy, control and framework requirements within business/tech environments.
• Strong English language skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in IT risk management, governance, compliance, and control frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement of the IT PRC Framework operating model.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and documentation.
• Develop mappings of PRC controls to policies and standards.
• Support cross-functional program adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote risk-awareness campaigns with Information Security & Awareness teams.
