Job summary

Bolder Apps - Ai Native Agentcy is seeking a PRC Methodology Specialist to administer and enhance the IT PRC Framework, integrating IT risk domains, control objectives, standards, and sources from ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, GDPR, and unified compliance tools into a cohesive GRC program.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT, information security, security compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or related disciplines.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• GRC principles and their application in technology, information security, and risk management environments; familiarity with Archer or comparable GRC platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, and Unified Compliance Framework; regulatory requirements like GDPR, DORA, CRA, and SOX.
• Experience applying risk and control concepts to evaluate control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ability to interpret regulatory, policy, control, and framework requirements within business and technology environments.
• Experience with global, cross-functional, and virtual teams; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in IT risk management, governance, compliance, and control frameworks; promote consistent interpretation and adoption of IT PRC Framework.
• Lead ongoing improvements of the IT PRC Framework operating model through research of trends, risks, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of the Methodology Program; maintain related documentation and artifacts.
• Develop cross-mappings of PRC common controls against IT policies and standards to strengthen traceability and coverage.
• Support risk and compliance teams to align controls with regulatory requirements and risk management activities.
• Assist in the integration and adoption of GRC technologies, including the Unified Compliance tool, to strengthen assessments and control alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to drive methodology adoption and risk/control consistency.
• Promote risk awareness through campaigns and expanding organizational understanding of risk responsibilities.
