Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a PRC Methodology Specialist to bolster the IT PRC Framework, aligning risk, policy, and control activities with global standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, Risk Management, and Legal to implement and evolve governance practices.

The role emphasizes analytical judgment, communication, and the ability to translate complex risk concepts across organizations, with a focus on improving efficiency and consistency in risk

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT, information security, security compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of GRC principles and their application in technology and risk environments.
• Experience with industry standards like ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS and regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, CRA, SOX).
• Experience applying risk and control concepts to evaluate control effectiveness and influence improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the IT PRC Framework to support risk and policy programs.
• Partner with the Global Methodology Program Lead to advance the Methodology Program's strategy and objectives.
• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the PRC Framework operating model across projects and initiatives.
• Develop cross-mappings of PRC controls against policies and standards to strengthen traceability.
• Support control gap assessments and alignment of risks, controls, and requirements across teams.
• Assist with GRC tool integration and adoption to strengthen assessments and risk management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to promote method adoption and risk awareness across levels.
• Contribute to risk culture by supporting risk-focused campaigns and education.
