Job summary

Green Led Lighting Solutions (Glls) seeks a PRC Methodology Specialist to strengthen its IT PRC Framework within the GRC program, aligning policies and controls with industry standards and regulatory mandates. You will partner with the Global Methodology Program Lead to advance the program’s objectives.

The role requires strong analytical judgement, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across global teams, driving adoption of methodology enhancements and supporting risk

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT/InfoSec/Risk/related fields.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with GRC principles and platforms (Archer or similar).
• Knowledge of ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, CRA, SOX.
• Ability to interpret regulatory and policy requirements within tech environments.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional, virtual teams.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in IT risk management, governance, compliance, and frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement of the PRC Framework operating model.
• Identify process improvements and document related artifacts.
• Develop cross-mappings of PRC common controls to policies and standards.
• Support risk assessments and methodology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in integrating and adopting GRC technologies and tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to drive adoption of methodologies.
• Promote risk awareness through awareness campaigns.
