Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. This fully remote role in Latin America requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a proven background in legal intake or related fields.

You will handle inbound inquiries, assess case eligibility, build trust with prospective clients, and guide qualified leads through onboarding, aiming for high conversion while coordinating with internal teams. Remote, long-term contract.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, auto insurance, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional English proficiency (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are required
• Strong sales, persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to convert inbound leads into clients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
