AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and enhance a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments.

You will automate tooling, manage incidents, and onboard new clients while maintaining high-availability services. The role emphasizes strong Linux skills, hands-on Kubernetes ops, and experience with a major cloud provider (Azure/AWS), plus exposure to observability stacks like Grafana/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCAs and post-incident reviews
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance
• Identify and deliver process improvements
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

MUST HAVES

• Hands-on experience of at least 4 years operating Kubernetes in production, ideally with Service Mesh.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems, from the application layer through to lower-level infrastructure.
• Experience working with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Working knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo is a plus.
• Scripting or coding in Python or Java is a strong plus.
• CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Helm or Terraform is a plus.
• Financial services background is not required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
