AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will handle automation, tooling, and incident management while onboarding new clients and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience, solid Linux skills, and experience with Azure/AWS. English at an upper-intermediate level is required. Remote and on-site options are available.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production , ideally with Service Mesh.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals .
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems, from the application layer through to lower-level infrastructure.
• Experience working with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS .
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Hands-on experience of at least 4 years operating Kubernetes in production, ideally with Service Mesh.

NICE TO HAVES

• Working knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo is a plus.
• Scripting or coding in Python or Java is a strong plus.
• CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Helm or Terraform is a plus.
• Financial services background is not required.
