Join Magic as an Inside Sales Executive and work remotely from Argentina. In this role, you will manage the full inbound sales cycle, handling over 50 warm leads per month without cold calling. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience and fluency in English, with a pathway to career growth within our sales team.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission, with total monthly earnings ranging from $2,500 to $4,500 or more based on performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales where you directly closed deals.
• Experience in SaaS, BPO, or managed services preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple inbound leads daily.

Responsabilidades

• Run inbound discovery calls with U.S. buyers.
• Own the sales process from initial call to close.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and follow up on leads.
