The Treetop is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism and related needs across families. You will collect data, monitor progress, and report findings under BCBA supervision, coordinating with program staff to ensure consistent therapy plans in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; RBT certification is preferred, with commitment to obtain within 60 days.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; if not certified, commit to obtaining within 60 days with pay increase & reimbursement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to physical demands.
• Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA interventions in clients' homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure therapy program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities and progress.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and ask clarifying questions.
• Work well in a team or independently as needed.
• Travel to clients' homes using reliable transportation.
