The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Santa Fe, NM. This full-time, hybrid position offers a strong base salary with monthly bonuses and innovative incentives designed to support clinicians while delivering high-quality care.

You will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Active BCBA certification is required.

• Experience with clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models is preferred.

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)

Full-Time BCBA Benefits

At The Treetop ABA, we believe growth should be rewarded — for our clients and our team. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us:

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
• Generous Sign-On Bonus - Based on start date and location
• Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans!
• 3 week Paid Sabbatical! Three weeks fully paid after 36 months, 100% separate from and in addition to your PTO
