Job summary

The Treetop is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA services to children with autism and related needs. You will implement individualized ABA programs, collect data, and report progress under a BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
• Communicate with families regarding daily activities and progress.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
