Job summary

Autumn ABA is expanding into Puerto Rico and seeks a BCBA fluent in Spanish and English. The role blends administrative setup, credentialing support, and clinical work, with the option of in-person or telehealth services during the initial phase.

The BCBA will conduct assessments and FBAs, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families while helping shape ABA services in Puerto Rico, with a flexible schedule and potential for leadership as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in ABA therapy with strong clinical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and credentialing tasks, including language support for Spanish-language portals and communications.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and FBAs for children with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using tools like VB-MAP.
• Supervise, train, and support BTs/RBTs to ensure quality services.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client outcomes.
• Participate in the ongoing development and growth of ABA services in Puerto Rico.
