Lenovo is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience Delivery to bridge business strategy with execution across Global Digital Marketing Transformation. You’ll own demand, budgeting, and governance while improving speed, quality, and outcomes of web content delivery for multiple geographies and business groups.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, standardize workflows, and grow capabilities across UX, localization, program, platform, and business teams in a hybrid model.

Formación

• 8–12 years in web content operations or digital experience delivery.
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities in a matrix environment.
• Experience with Scrumban planning, backlogs, and cadence for delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency required for global collaboration.
• Experience with marketing tech platforms and asset/workflow management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead demand intake, prioritization, capacity, and production planning across multiple groups.
• Oversee end-to-end web experience delivery, maintaining quality and readiness.
• Manage budgets, partners, and scalable production workflows across teams.
• Drive governance, reporting, and risk mitigation with clear recommendations.
