• 5-8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including cost management.

• Exposure to customer service and handling of systems, testing and rollouts.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior management and regulators; coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities
