Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or related operations.
• Experience in carrier and transportation management.
• Knowledge of export controls and trade compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and identify, communicate, and resolve transportation issues or delays.
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation, tracking information, and operational records.
• Support movement of high-value assets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain shipment visibility and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, schedules, pickups, and deliveries.
• Monitor carrier performance against service metrics.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions, delays, or damages.
• Apply export control and trade compliance requirements to shipping activities.
• Review shipping documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Track logistics metrics and support dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost savings.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
