Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Global Accounts Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team. You will work with Account Teams globally and act as the single point of contact for back-end execution on assigned accounts, documenting requirements from Inside Sales Reps and Global Project Managers, and tracking issues to resolution.

Additionally, you will coordinate with BT/IT, Product and Pricing to ensure coverage and support, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or in progress.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in PC Industry or IT hardware sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create local country versions of customized products during product transitions.
• Renew Multi-Country and Regional quotations.
• Create and deliver customer catalogs using the Lenovo Bid Portal (LBP).
• Take end-to-end ownership and provide troubleshooting for back-end operational matters.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
