Job summary

Psi CRO is seeking a talented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer (BA/DEV) to join our Process Improvement team. This role blends business analysis with data development to translate requirements into efficient data models and reporting assets.

You will design and optimize database objects, build Power BI dashboards, and work closely with stakeholders and agile teams to deliver insights that drive decisions and value across studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of database development experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and data transformations.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and translate them into technical tasks.
• Design data solutions, including database structures and data models, and plan timelines.
• Develop and maintain database objects and data transformations.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards providing actionable insights.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
