AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that translate enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable data models and visualizations.

In this role, you will work with Snowflake and SAP data sources, implement robust data modeling, and promote standardized KPIs across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end across the data flow.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
