Psicro is seeking a talented Hybrid Database / Power BI Developer (BA/DEV) to join the Process Improvement team. The role blends business analysis and development, translating business needs into robust data models, database solutions, and Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.

The successful candidate will design data solutions, develop SQL objects, build dashboards, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Stakeholder Management and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, goals, and challenges.

• Help determine whether issues identified during testing represent defects or expected behavior based on defined business logic.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and incorporating feedback into solution improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Promote clear communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
