Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to one or more clinical functions.
• Coordinate documentation, manage shared mailboxes, and track action items.
• Enter and reconcile information in project and clinical tracking systems.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and workload within scope.
• Support TMF filing and related document processes to ensure inspection readiness.
• Utilize approved vendors for translation and AI-enabled tools for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and training requirements.
