Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Argentina is seeking a Capacity Planner to drive end-to-end capacity and production planning, balancing demand, capacity, material availability and customer needs. You will partner with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service to resolve constraints and prioritize critical orders.

This role may support planning across other markets, including Brazil and Colombia, while helping shape smarter, more agile planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with global stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and assess impact on capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution and adjust priorities.
• Coordinate with Material Planning and Logistics to mitigate material risk.
• Identify alternative materials or solutions to minimize impact on deliveries.
• Ensure alignment between demand and material availability.
