Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with global stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Kinaxis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Review new customer orders and assess impact on production capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, materials, and delivery needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution, address constraints and adjust priorities.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to monitor material availability and mitigate supply risks.
• Identify alternative materials or solutions to minimize impacts on production and deliveries.
• Review material forecasts to ensure alignment between demand and availability.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive improvements.
