Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Capacity Planner in Don Torcuato, Argentina, with a hybrid work model. You will drive end-to-end capacity and production planning, balancing demand with capacity, materials, and customer needs.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Material Planning, and Customer Service to optimize schedules and mitigate constraints. The role requires a bachelor's degree in related fields, advanced English, and experience with SAP/MRP; Kinaxis is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics.
Advanced English proficiency to communicate with global stakeholders.
Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
Proficiency in Excel for planning analyses.
Kinaxis knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review new customer orders and assess impact on capacity and planning priorities.
Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, materials, and delivery needs.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution and adjust priorities.
Monitor material availability and mitigate supply risks with Material Planning and Logistics.
Identify alternative materials or solutions to minimize impacts on deliveries.
