dsm-firmenich is seeking a Capacity Planner in Don Torcuato, Argentina. This on-site role drives end-to-end capacity and production planning, balancing demand, capacity, and material availability while coordinating with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong English, and experience with SAP and MRP systems. Kinaxis knowledge is a plus, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency for global stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Kinaxis knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsabilités

• Review new customer orders and assess impact on capacity and priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand and material availability.
• Monitor plan execution with Manufacturing and adjust priorities as needed.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to mitigate supply risks.
• Identify alternative materials or solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Review forecasts to ensure alignment between demand and materials.
• Participate in cross-functional planning forums to drive improvements.
