Air Liquide Americas Business Services S.R.L is seeking an HR Intern to support the Americas Cluster with HR processes and invoice processing. The role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and interaction with internal stakeholders in a global organization.

You will assist with routine inquiries about HR technology programs, help coordinate invoice workflows (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs) and rotate across teams to learn requirements.

Formación

• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Ideally, 0–1 year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.
• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
• Follow up with other GBS teams to ensure payments are made on time.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

The HR Intern's primary function and purpose of this position is to support the America's Cluster in different tasks related to the HR process & Invoice processing. The HR team should be willing to rotate in different HR teams to learn and understand the requirements of different areas within HR.

HR Process

Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services. Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).

Invoicing

Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc). Follow up and work with other GBS teams to ensure payment is done on time.

Are you a MATCH? Holds or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Ideally, you bring 0-1 years of experience.
