Syneos Health is seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to manage Tier-1 to Tier-2 service delivery within the People Operations function. You will lead a global team, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements using Workday and ticketing systems.

The role requires 10–15 years of HR operations leadership, deep Workday HCM expertise, and strong stakeholder management in a global environment. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• 10–15 years of progressive HR operations or shared services experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM and case management tools.
• Experience applying AI technologies within HR processes.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead globally and manage escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team delivering Tier 1–2 services across People Operations.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and coach team members.
• Oversee workload distribution, scheduling, and SLA adherence.
• Resolve escalated inquiries in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with COEs, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze metrics and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with global/local employment laws.
