Syneos Health HR Advisor I provides intermediate-level support for People Operations, managing a range of employee lifecycle processes and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries. This role requires sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently within established procedures.

The Advisor contributes to process improvements, supports compliance, and collaborates across HR functions to ensure effective service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in shared services and working in global/regional environment.
• Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits, and compensation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues.
• Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
• Assist international HR operations including visa/immigration and relocations.
• Update SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs.
• Analyze HR processes and systems and provide improvements.
