Syneos Health is seeking an HR Advisor to provide intermediate-level People Operations support. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits, and compensation, handling Tier 1–2 inquiries and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in shared services, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication and analytical skills. This role supports international mobility and process improvements within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in shared services and global/regional environment.
• Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues.
• Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
• Assist in updating SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to support program execution.
