Syneos Health is seeking an HR Advisor I to provide intermediate-level support for People Operations, handling onboarding, records, benefits and compensation while ensuring policy compliance and data accuracy. You will partner with global mobility, HR Centers of Excellence, and local teams to streamline processes and support a compliant, employee-focused experience across the enterprise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in shared services in a global/regional environment.
• Familiarity with global, country and local employment law and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, data analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues.
• Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility teams on international assignments and relocations.
• Update SOPs and process documentation; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support program execution.
