Hilton is seeking a Cook Assistant to join our culinary team. This role focuses on preparing fresh ingredients, assembling and plating dishes, and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces across hospitalities. You’ll help ensure a high standard of guest experience through attention to detail and hospitality values.

You’ll follow health and safety regulations while supporting the kitchen staff in delivering memorable meals for our guests across Hilton properties.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh ingredients - assist with cold ingredient prep for soups, sauces, salads according to recipes and quality standards
• Assemble appealing dishes by arranging and plating according to quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, stock and sanitize food service stations
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
