Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and contribute to a customer-focused hospitality culture. You will handle recruitment, training, benefits, labor relations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will help maintain HR data, drive employee engagement, and uphold our core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and now-focused action.

Formación

• Experience supporting HR operations across recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage HR data and generate simple reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Foster team member engagement through recognition programs and events to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employment data in HR systems, track transitions, and process unemployment claims.
• Ensure HR compliance by adhering to hiring practices and company policies.
