Descrizione del lavoro

Atomic Hr is seeking a remote contractor to help build workflow software for a live product in a FIXED-scope sprint cadence. You will work across the stack from Azure SQL and API to React/TypeScript screens, guiding AI-generated specs and migrations, while ensuring changes merge cleanly into a shared repository.

You will own an area end to end, collaborating with the lead dev and product manager, and align with US core hours.

Competenze

4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning its conventions before changing it.
Hands-on work on workflow software where different user roles see different data, with approvals, task queues or state machines and an audit log or versioned history.
React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
Daily use of Cursor, Claude Code or a similar AI coding tool on production work, with tests and CI behind it.
Clear written and spoken English.
Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Mansioni

Join the team building workflow software for one client, delivering four to five features per two-week sprint.
Work on server side, API and React/TypeScript UI in the same repo with other changes.
Direct AI tooling: review diffs and confirm what merges are allowed.
Own one area end to end (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking a live feature.
