CaryHealth is seeking a Fullstack AI Engineer to build AI applications for healthcare workflows, including RAG pipelines, agentic orchestration, and real-time voice agents. You will fuse Python and JavaScript with robust LLM integrations, prioritizing privacy and secure architecture for sensitive data.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines with vector search and embeddings.
• Production-ready integration of LLM provider APIs with cost and latency tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js for API development.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate LLM workflows.
• Ability to build real-time voice applications and streaming pipelines.
• Familiarity with message queues and reliable background processing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval testing.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs and optimize for quality, cost, and latency.
• Develop agentic workflows with tool calling and multi-step orchestration.
• Build real-time voice agents using WebSockets and streaming STT/TTS.
• Develop features and backend services with Python 3.12+ and Node.js.
• Design REST APIs and asynchronous workflows with BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Implement validation, retries, and fallback behaviors for dependable AI features.
• Establish tracing, monitoring, and evaluation to improve model performance.
• Containerize services with Docker and contribute to AWS deployments and CI/CD.
• Collaborate on sprint planning, code reviews, and privacy/security practices for healthcare.
